San Joaquin Fair!
Stockton horse racing
has been held at the San Joaquin Fairgrounds since 1934.
In 2011 Stockton once again kicked off the California Fair Season. For some reason Stockton ran only fur days. In the short meet Russell Baze and Abel Cedillo were tied atop the jockey standings with 5 wins. Racing returns in 2012, but it looks like they might race latter in the season.
